At Wens Travel, we organize our own music festivals, yet, we can also organize an event on your behalf. Through our strong network of contacts and partnerships, we can open the door to participation in existing internationally renowned festivals and local events as part of your Music Performance Tour. These local events can vary from actual music festivals, performances at local food festivals, to Carnival celebrations or New Year’s parades. At these festivals, we offer various possibilities to top-level education and talent development programs. Masterclasses, lectures and (sectional) workshops provide excellent opportunities to develop talent and add new dimensions and expertise to both individuals and ensembles.

Wens Festival
Wens Travel knows what it takes to perform at festivals and events. We create our own festivals and events for music ensembles from all over the world. To name a few of our own festivals: the Mozarteum Festival in Salzburg and the Concertgebouw Festival Amsterdam. As part of these international festivals, we create a full program for our participants. These include performances, promotion and accommodation. It is also possible to add the element of adjudication by well-known European professionals.

Your Festival
Wens sets up a tailor-made festival on your behalf, designing a European festival or event with your name on it. Whether based on one or multiple days, we take care of all the details regarding accommodation and meals, as well as additional services, for instance audience development and adjudication. Over the years, we have created a strong network of musicians, directors and composers, who can provide workshops, masterclasses and adjudicate as part of your festival. Conferences and Business Meetings
We have worked on conferences and meetings ever since we organized our first conference in 1999. Over the past 2 decades, Wens Travel has been successfully organizing and running the European Meeting on Molecular Diagnostics, a biennial event, hosting about 500 attendees per event. Are you looking to set up your own conference or meeting? We work with you and within your budget to find the most suitable venue, we handle registrations and we communicate with all the sponsors and speakers involved. We take care of catering requests as well as all the logistics, accommodation, transportation and everything else necessary to ensure your event runs smoothly.
