Due to our extensive network and our over 45 years of experience, Wens knows what it takes to find the right venue for any ensemble and for all music genres. Whatever you require, we can provide it. Options range from more intimate venues or local events, such as the charming village festival “Fiesta de San Juan” in Spain, to major concert halls such as the Musikverein in Vienna, Austria. If desired, Wens can arrange shared performances with local ensembles to enhance your ensemble’s concert experience. With this initiative, Wens creates the opportunity for ensembles to meet and mingle with their European fellow musicians at any destination they travel to.
Appreciative Audiences
Wens Travel strongly focuses on audience development, because we know how important it is to perform for an appreciative audience. Promotional activities are therefore included in our performing tour packages. Each venue needs its own promotional plan, because a 1500-seat concert hall requires a different approach than a small village church. Our promotional plans can include collaborations with music schools, local media, communities, personal invitations and a promotional team on the spot. We do everything in our power to ensure your concerts are well-attended by appreciative audiences.
Talent Development

Music Festivals and Events
Through our strong network of contacts and partnerships, we can arrange participation at various European festivals and events. These possibilities range from competitions, to friendship festivals, (summer) concert series and participating in local cultural events. Next to intimate settings in small villages, we offer participation in larger festivals, which attract good crowds. Examples of such festivals would be the Alta Pusteria Festival Tirol, Música als Parcs Barcelona and St. Patrick's Parade Dublin. With so many music festivals and events held every year in Europe, there is always an event that will suit your ensemble.
Instruments and Transport
We know how essential well-planned logistics are to ensure your equipment arrives in time for sound-check. Whether it is instrument transportation between concerts or between cities, we guarantee this is done reliably and safely. Depending on the number and size of your instruments, we work with a trailer or instrument truck. If preferred, we can arrange temperature controlled transport.
Wens Travel can also organize local instrument rental so groups do not need to bring their own instruments. From tuned pianos and percussion to double basses, cellos and harps, we can procure almost every musical instrument a group may need.
